And every student has a favorite lesson. For some, the favorite lesson is the one in which he is best versed, for others, where the kindest teacher is. And for me, my favorite subject at school is physical education, because it is the only subject at school that helps us maintain our health. Sitting at a desk for many hours every day is tiring. My schedule includes three physical education lessons a week. The first two lessons are combined in a pair, and the third lesson is devoted to studying theory. In the first two lessons we actively perform physical exercises. The first half hour is spent warming up. Boys and girls warm up separately, each student demonstrates one exercise that everyone must repeat. Next is a general warm-up, where the teacher shows the exercises. Usually these exercises are related to the topic we are covering. Next, we practice throwing and serving for basketball or volleyball. After that, we try to fulfill the GTO standards for gymnastics. When everyone has received grades and all the exercises have already been completed, the teacher allows us to play volleyball, basketball or pianerball. Two captains are called from the class and recruit their teams from the rest of the students. After the lesson there are heated discussions about the game and its results.
In a lesson devoted to studying theory, we study the rules of the games we play in class, analyze the most common mistakes of students and conduct sports quizzes. These theory lessons are no less exciting than practical lessons.
At the beginning of autumn and the second half of spring, we conduct lessons in the park next to the school. There we pass running standards. And outdoor activities are much healthier than exercise in the gym. The whole class looks forward to lessons in the park, because there we study with students from a neighboring school, which is doubly exciting.
Physical education class is the most beneficial lesson for health. Classes are always fun and exciting, thanks to the clearly organized work of the teacher.

Sport in My Life
There are some things I can't imagine my life without. They are my family, my phone and computer, music, books and sport. These things and hobbies have been coming to me during all my life. I liked the music since forever. My family is my biggest treasure and support. Books help me to grow and develop. My phone and computer help me to keep in touch with my friends and relatives. And sport plays a very important role in my life.
My family is not very crazy about sport. Yes, we know Russian sportsmen, watch the games sometime but we never did sport regularly.
I started with morning exercises when I was 12. I was doing this to wake up, to take care about my health and I was really curious. Later on I started to go to the swimming-pool and dancing classes. At school I like physical education and went there regularly. Here I had a choice to play football, volleyball, do stretching, to run and so on. I am happy our teacher gives us choice what to do and all students enjoy the lessons.
As I said I started dancing classes. It's not only art and my hobby, it is also physical exercises. Dancing helps me to keep my body strong and fit. There at this school I have many good friends and we always have something to talk about.
Besides dancing I do jogging in the morning. Of course it's difficult to do every morning, but twice a week I can do. But still every morning I continue with morning exercises. It's important for me because I feel energy during the whole day.
As you can see I am not so much crazy about sport, but it's a part of my life. Sport helps me to stay positive, to keep my energy, to keep fit and healthy. It's only my opinion but today sport becomes popular. I am sure we have to think about our future health already now.

Every person searches for his own path in his life. That life path that leads to the goal of his whole life. For some, it is smooth, without serious life labyrinths, while for others, it is twisted into such a complex knot that sometimes there is not enough strength to untangle it. But for this it is necessary to train these very qualities, because they will not appear so easily. And the best way to develop these qualities in yourself is to engage in some kind of sport.
Sport is the best fit for these purposes. Starting small, gradually achieving small results, overcoming laziness, and radically changing one’s habits, a person begins to form a sports character. This is a special character that, thanks to hard work on oneself, exhausting training and self-discipline, occupies a leading place in a person’s personality. Gradually, self-confidence begins to appear, self-esteem increases, and instead of uncertainty comes a stable sense of control over your life.
We find new friends in sports. Sport increases our activity, taking us beyond the boundaries of the usual world, and sometimes changes the quality of our lives so much that many acquaintances are amazed at the changes that have occurred. And the most pleasant thing is that you gradually begin to be drawn into this new living space, and you like it. Teachers come to school in different ways. There are different ways. Some are making a childhood dream come true, some are continuing a family dynasty, and some have a desire to be like their teacher. During my school years, I enjoyed playing sports, participating in all competitions, both for the honor of the class and for the honor of the school and the district. I see one of the main tasks of my work as changing the attitude towards the physical education lesson of both the children themselves and their parents. How offensive it is to hear that there are important subjects and not so important ones, that physical education is not one of the most important ones. Convincing children and their parents is one of my tasks. Talking with children, I am convinced that in many families there is no independent exercise. The situation can be corrected only by changing the attitude towards physical culture.
So what is a gym class? For me, this is the time allotted for communication with children, but communication is unusual: through movement towards positive emotions. A physical education lesson is a lesson where dry lines of the curriculum turn into amazing moments when a student’s talent can be revealed. It’s joyful to watch the change in the guys’ mood when they enter the gym. Failures fade into the background, a bad grade in mathematics or the Russian language is forgotten, the eyes shine with joy in anticipation of the fact that you can jump, run, engage in physical exercises, outdoor and sports games. And they will only praise you for this! It’s nice to see how clumsy students, constrained in movement in the first lessons, gradually straighten their shoulders, become stronger and more confident, turning into a skillful and dexterous boy or nimble girl. A physical education lesson is a fragment of children’s natural life, since children grow and learn about the world in movement. Movement strengthens them, and most importantly, brings health and joy. This is the main goal of physical education lessons. Purpose gives birth to principles. There are three of them:

Our subject matter is varied. And a positive effect can be achieved with the obligatory observance of one of the most important conditions - methodically competent use of physical exercises based on knowledge of the rules and basic patterns of their application, with mandatory consideration of the individual abilities and capabilities of each student. It is easy to imagine how the difficulty of performing the same motor task varies for different students. One is easy to handle, while the other lacks strength and endurance. This means an individual approach is required. I consider the main focus of my work to be the rehabilitation and preservation of the health of all students: both those who are completely healthy and those in need, since health is not only the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, spiritual and social well-being.
Since ancient times it has been believed, and during the years of preparation for the Olympics in Sochi 2014 and its holding, this has only become stronger, that the attitude towards physical education and sports, the health of the nation should be a kind of “calling card” of the state, an indicator of its culture. And in this regard, my subject is unique. It ensures that students acquire important knowledge about a person, his development, and solves the problem of developing the motor skills he needs. Therefore, for me, the lesson is not the pursuit of results, but painstaking work to improve the health of children. Do not harm children's health. I consider this principle to be the most important. It is better to “underload” a child with physical exercises than to “overload” a child. You cannot let a child feel like he is worse than others, you cannot humiliate his dignity. But to warm everyone, not to leave anyone in the shadows, to be wise, to very carefully and carefully help to open up, to instill confidence in every child, to help overcome difficulties and to be proud of his success is the task of every teacher and mine personally. I think that many of my students have benefited in life from the ability to overcome difficulties, the ability to rejoice in life not only their own, but also other people’s successes, to be upset, but not to despair. I believe that I was able to fill their lives with joy and helped them feel its value and completeness. This is my happiness as a teacher.

My family have never been big sports fans. Yes, of course, we know Russian athletes, we watch games sometimes, but we have never played sports regularly.
I started doing morning exercises when I was 12 years old. I did it to wake up, take care of my health and I was just curious what would happen next. Then I started going to the pool and signed up for dance lessons. At school I like to go to physical education classes and do it regularly. Here I have a choice: play football, volleyball, do stretching, run, and so on. I am very glad that our teacher gives us a choice of what to do, and we just enjoy it.
As I said, I also take dance lessons. It's not just art and my hobby, but also exercise. Dancing helps me keep my body fit and strong. In these classes I have many friends with whom I always have something to talk about.
In addition to dancing, I jog in the morning. Of course, it is difficult to do this every morning, but only twice a week. But still, every morning I do exercises. This is important to me because I feel energetic throughout the day.
