The most wonderful time of the year has come to an end. Three months of vacation are behind us, and long and difficult school days await us, but the summer was not in vain for me. I had fun with friends, read books, went to my grandmother. But the most important event of the summer is a trip to the camp.
I knew that I would go on vacation to the camp long before the holidays started. I remember my mother came up to me in the evening and said that she had already bought me a ticket. I was so happy! I crossed out every day on the calendar, looking forward to my trip.
That day has come. It was the first time I joined the detachment, there were the same boys and girls, and we were the same age. I immediately became friends with a boy named Georgy, but everyone called him Gosha in a friendly way. He was a short, dark-haired man who wrote stories, just like me. The camp developed a special daily routine, which necessarily included: exercises, meals, a disco or evening events. I least liked going to exercise in the morning, but I ran the fastest for breakfast. She often gave us semolina porridge, I love it very much.
I will never forget my wonderful counselors - Masha and Katya. These are two kind and sympathetic girls. Now they are studying at a pedagogical institute, I think they will make excellent teachers. Masha taught me to draw whales, it turns out to be a very exciting activity. And Masha showed me how to tie tourist knots, now I can definitely go hiking.
At the camp we could choose an activity to our liking; I decided to sign up for a guitar class. The young teacher showed us the basic chords, and now I can play “Grasshopper” on the guitar.
Of course, I really enjoyed the summer camp. I made so many friends, had new unforgettable experiences and even learned to play the guitar a little. I will definitely tell my classmates about my summer vacation, I hope that they will be interested and go to the camp with me next summer.
How I spent the summer at camp essay
Every summer my parents and I leave the city for the village to visit our grandparents. But this year at the family council it was decided to send me to the camp. We went there by train with the boys and girls. There was a kind and friendly atmosphere in the carriage, since almost the entire carriage was occupied by guys from the same camp. And the counselors and the nurse were watching over us all.
We arrived at our station in the morning. Many were able to fall asleep only in the morning, so they left the train sleepy, without talking. A camp bus was waiting at the station, which took us to our destination. The counselors took everyone to their groups to get some sleep.
This morning I woke up early. Several people from our room were already up. I couldn’t wait to get outside and explore the camp grounds. At eight o'clock they announced the rise. We pushed away those who were still sleeping and ran to exercise. In good weather it was done outside. So on the first day of camp life, after warming up, we were sent to run circles around the building.
After exercise, breakfast. They had not yet appointed people on duty in the dining room, so when we arrived, the food was already on the tables. Millet porridge, a loaf of butter and tea seemed to me the most delicious food in the world. In general, the food in the camp was very simple, but very tasty.
Finally, we were released onto the street and I and the other guys went to check the area designated for walking. We didn't find anything interesting. However, we walked near the building very rarely. Mostly we were taken on walks through the forest. On hot days we went to the bay and sometimes even swam in it. Sometimes they made a fire on the shore, sat around it, and the elders played the guitar. Everyone sang songs, no matter what. It turned out funny and fun.
In addition, beach volleyball competitions were held at the camp. I was the team captain. We didn't manage to take first place, but we were happy to get second place too. As a reward, each team member was given a congratulatory chocolate bar.
On Fridays, discos were held in the large hall. I didn’t really like the music they played there, so at that time I was reading books while lying on the bed.
One day the counselors decided to give us a real camp life, which meant spending the whole night in tents outside. We slept in warm sleeping bags, but in the morning we had to cover ourselves with an additional blanket. Most of the guys survived this night steadfastly, but only two of the girls remained in the tents. The rest returned to the building right in the middle of the night.
Over the course of a month, we all became very close friends. With the guys, with the counselors, with children from other units. I left there with the thought that I would definitely return to this wonderful camp.

Essay “My Dream Camp”
Essay “My Dream Camp”
Senior counselor Elena Vladimirovna Maltseva
Summer is a period of active creative work, the search for new forms of work in children's groups. A bright and eventful life in camps with traditions and rituals is a period when those who decide to take on the responsibilities of a counselor “give a piece of their heart to someone,” namely, children.
What should my dream camp be like? For me, it is associated with summer, with a sea of sun, with a sea of smiles, with a sea of new acquaintances. And now the long-awaited summer is coming. Preparation of an educational program, development of events, and in my head - a dream! I wish I could go back to my childhood again, visit a camp that I would like to return to again and again! And after a few minutes this dream fills more and more, and before my eyes there is already a train station, a fast train that will carry you to the amber shore.
And here it is, the dream camp, which looks like a fairy-tale town. Wooden houses are scattered among the tall pines in small, neat clearings. Each has its own specific name and color. The dining room is decorated with various fruits and pretzels, and the first aid station is decorated with red crosses and a bright slogan: “Toughen up if you want to be healthy!” And that's great!
The counselor will blow the bugle and the children, like peas from pods, pour out of their home. Having refreshed ourselves with a light afternoon snack, the whole camp will go to the sea. Invisible forest inhabitants accompany the children along the entire path, either with the rustle in the fallen pine needles, or with the knock of a woodpecker, or with the flash of a red squirrel's tail. The pine forest is so transparent that you can see how in the distance, on the horizon, the sea merges with the sky into one bottomless blue.
Extraordinary beauty! White sand with multi-colored splashes flows down the soles of your feet in warm streams. The waves frolic like curly lambs along the beautiful sandy shore. There is more than enough delight!
Having quickly undressed, they will run into the water and swim, enjoying the coolness and freshness of the sea. And the seagulls, alarmed by the sudden hubbub, circle above us, quacking in surprise. After splashing around to their heart's content, they will plop down in the hot sand. The transparent drops on the children's bodies gradually dry out, and only here and there they sparkle as beads in unruly swirls.
The sun is setting towards the horizon, drawing orange-scarlet paths on the water. The heat of the day gives way to a mild, warm evening. The guys return to camp. Someone wearily wanders along a narrow path, smiles thoughtfully, remembering the pleasant moments of the past day. And someone else has plenty of energy to jump ahead of the rest, loudly singing a cheerful tune.
Yes, this is an incredible and unforgettable summer vacation by the sea!
Oh, a dream! But I really want every child to attend such a camp!
Summer camp - essay No. (about camp)
Everyone is looking forward to summer, planning their holidays in advance. But it is not always possible to achieve everything planned. Summer often flies by unnoticed, leaving behind shadows of unfinished plans and wasted time. However, this time everything was completely different. Knowing in advance how my sluggishness could turn out, I decided to make a fuss and organized myself a trip to the camp.
I started preparing in advance so as not to forget anything, but I didn’t take a lot of things, I decided to make do with a small bag where I put everything I needed. On the day of departure, my whole family accompanied me, although I asked them not to worry. Having said goodbye to my family, I couldn’t wait to go to the company of guys who, like me, decided to engage in active recreation.
When I arrived, the first thing that caught my eye was the large number of children. To be honest, I thought that camping was already a relic of bygone times, but I was wrong. All the guys were active, I immediately realized that I wouldn’t be bored. I adapted to the new conditions immediately. I found a group of several guys with whom we often hung out on the basketball court. Sports events, which were organized by the senior members of the squad, made it possible to diversify the recreation. I tried to participate in everyone. Often took prizes. We loved to kick the ball, we wore it to holes. I’ve even lost the habit of using the Internet; it’s not needed there. In the evenings we loved to sit by the fire. The counselor played the guitar quite well, so I learned a few new songs. A month passed like this. Fresh air, fun, I had a great time.
When leaving, I exchanged numbers with my new friends, planning to continue communication in the future. It was a little sad, but I already missed home, my friends from the yard. I didn’t regret the time spent at all, I was charged with new impressions, and found new friends. I will definitely spend next summer in this camp.

One day we had a sports day in the camp. Sports competitions were held. These were relay race, pioneer ball and football. The counselors' team won the football game. Fortunately, they did not participate in other competitions. Our team took third place in the relay. The senior squads took high places. That day was very interesting.

Essay on the topic of vacation in a sanatorium
So, let's start with the fact that I went with my mother to a sanatorium for 20 days. There is a sea of emotions, both positive and not so positive. Now I will explain why... The sanatorium is called “Berezovsky Mineral Waters”, it is located 40 minutes by bus from Kharkov. At first glance, the territory is large, the nature is beautiful, the birds are singing, calmly, well, just for relaxation... The sanatorium is located in the forest, there are two lakes there... But when we were checked into the room... Our cards said: a room with all amenities... When we entered the building where we were placed, it felt like a dungeon!!!... It’s cold, damp, moldy, really like being in some kind of cave!!! While my mother went to the second floor to negotiate for a room, I was so tired in half an hour!!! Considering that it was hot outside... I thought the wolves would actually eat me there!!! When we went up to the room... It was just a silent painting by Repin “we’ve arrived”...)) Dirty, dusty, Soviet furniture, tattered wallpaper, hanging a tattered Avril Lavigne poster, above which is written “80938788167 - Nadya”... You open the closet or bedside table - it’s on you the doors are falling out, the bed has collapsed, they pushed it into the very corner so that you can’t see the mold on the walls, when you sleep, the plaster falls on you, the sockets are all burnt, the wiring is sticking out, everything in the toilet is leaking from the pipes, dripping from the ceiling and walls, the bathtub is in yellow stains of unknown origin, the sink does not work, cracked, with toothpaste residues... To open the water in the bath, you either need to climb behind the toilet, or be a yogi, or have three-meter arms... And I was also very impressed by the following device: In the window, the glass is hanging on a cobweb ...Very picturesque!!! They gave us “clean” towels: ... Then the cleaning lady came and started cleaning... she, of course, didn’t have a vacuum cleaner (what kind of vacuum cleaner if the plaster is crumbling!!!), she took it, swept the carpet with a broom, raised dust, pulled clumps of hair over mop the carpet and take out the trash... But what impressed me most was the phrase: “Make yourself at home”..... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I was going to hang myself with a light bulb, which was unlikely, since it was already swaying suspiciously and creaking in anticipation of falling... We had to spend two nights there, since we arrived on Saturday, there was no management, and the administrator was not able to move us ... We were in building No. 2, room 23... But building No. 3: And building No. 1a: On Monday we were moved to building No. 5, as they call it, “aristocratic,” because of what was on the walls there nothing spills or drips, and there is almost always cold water on the lower floors... They moved me only because I have bronchial asthma, and I could not stay in the second building. I spent those first two nights on an inhaler... And during the day I constantly sneezed, allergies began, and I was suffocating from dampness and dust. They put us in building No. 5, room nine... The same thing, dusty, but dry and there was a TV... Oh yes, there was no bathtub, there was a hose hanging and there was a hole in the floor - that’s the whole shower! Two days later we were moved again, to the third floor, at least there was wallpaper and not just cracked paint... To room No. 65. And now I’ll show you the corridors of the fifth building... 1st floor: 2nd floor: 3rd floor: 4th floor: And 5th floor: These are the “homely” conditions we were kindly offered in this health resort. Perhaps the staff live like this, so this is a great picture for them. And these are just the buildings! You haven’t been to the dining room yet... Mom and I came for dinner for the first time, sat on the sofa opposite the doors to the dining room, waiting for the diet sister... Suddenly a strange revival begins outside the doors and a huge crowd gathers, lining up... in the dining room!... It breaks through. 6 pm, like in a fairy tale, the doors open... and people are rushing inside to their destination - the buffet, crushing each other, just like at the “Start of Hopes”... We were already in shock from what was happening, we couldn’t say a word for half an hour, and then there was a grandmother rushing in the front row with the words: “Ha-ha-ha, whoever is first will have enough”...... As it turned out later, there was a buffet in the dining room... In fact, only the name came from it... The food was impossible to eat, unsalted, half-raw, there was porridge look like wallpaper paste, dry cucumbers and beetroot, as if they were cut a week ago and just now put out... stale bread... There is not enough food for everyone, once they prepared dumplings, so people immediately rushed over, stabbing their hands with forks, pushing, swearing... When we don’t began to choke in that crowd and asked the worker to bring out more dumplings, since that portion was enough for twenty people out of 100, they answered “friendly” to us: “We won’t take out anything, no more, it’s your fault, you’re grabbing this one like animals.” food, and the rest don’t have enough later”... I just don’t want to remember all the horrors of the past anymore... I think that’s enough already... The line to the dining room: And not only people come there: Now judge for yourself, what kind of sanitation can we talk about? ????... Of course, there are also LUX rooms, but will they be able to stay there without cash? We had a paid voucher, even though we didn’t buy it at the sanatorium, and here you go... Hot water, as written, should be supplied by the hour: from 6 to 8 am and from 8 to 10 pm, but this does not mean that This time she will be even hotter. There is an option to take a hot shower in the administrative building and walk with a towel on your head across the entire territory to your building. It is better not to live on the fifth floors: there is not only hot, but also cold water. If you are very upset about food and living conditions, you will be immediately referred to a psychotherapist. By the way, his relaxation sessions are wonderful! You will immediately see squirrels, birds singing, the murmur of water from a source... My friend at the Ivan Kupala holiday made a wish to quickly leave the sanatorium home. I heard from adults who advised my mother to drink vodka instead of mineral water from morning to evening, so that the rest would not seem so terrible. The therapeutic and entertainment parts in the sanatorium are at a good level, so when you decide to go to this sanatorium, take into account all the possible situations that you will encounter there, and whether you will feel comfortable there, “like at home”... Good health to you and take care of yourself . P.S. Please send it to as many users as possible, God forbid someone else comes to such a nightmare...
