Help comes in different forms. Sometimes it really saves a person’s life, and sometimes it only harms. But this does not mean that no one needs help. However, it is worth remembering that there are also “disservices” that a person did not ask for, but they helped him, which he does not need.

Support and mutual assistance are the moral choice of every person. Why do you need to help people? This question is often asked to schoolchildren as an essay topic. Below you will find the answer, as well as some creations for students. Read on.

Why is it important to help older people - I want to join the team: examples from life, essay

It is important to help older people
Elderly people are limited in their physical capabilities. What is easy for young people is difficult for them. However, this should never be laughed at. On the contrary, it is worth helping older people - after all, they have lived and worked all their lives for the good of the country and people, and have done a lot in their lives. Why is it important to help older people? “I want to join the team” - examples from life, essay:

I believe that it is the duty of every person to provide all possible assistance to their grandparents. As a rule, you don't need to have a lot of money to do this. Even if you help carry a bag home or go to the grocery store, this will already be a big plus for a person. Everyone knows Timur’s feat from the work “Timur and His Team” . He, along with the rest of the children, created a team that helped the elderly and all those families who needed help.

It is important to realize: Helping older people is an indicator of a person’s morality. If he is able to enter into their position and empathize, then this means that he has a kind and open soul.

In order to understand why help older people, you should imagine your grandmother or grandfather in a difficult situation and put yourself in their place. One day, my friend and I saw a grandmother lying on the street. No one approached her, thinking that the person was drunk, even though she asked for help. As it turned out, about half an hour ago three guys took her bag and beat her.

It is quite possible that if she had not resisted the robbers and immediately given her bag, they would not have become so angry and would not have injured her. But the grandmother turned out to be “fighting”. And the fact that she was trying to fight off three young guys played a cruel joke. She was beaten quite badly. We helped her get up, provided first aid and called an ambulance. Grandma was very grateful to us.

It’s surprising that it was crowded at that time, and many people walked past the beaten grandmother. Everyone could, if not accompany the old woman to the hospital, then at least get a phone and call an ambulance. It was enough to at least ask what happened to her and why she was in this state. But no one but us did this.

What if this happened to their mother or grandmother when she returned home? Why hasn't anyone thought about this? By the way, a week later we met her again. It's good that everything worked out. Despite the rather severe beatings, doctors did not find any life-threatening injuries on the old woman. This is why it is important to help older people.

The problem of attentive attitude towards older people (arguments) (Unified State Examination in Russian)

Text by S.G.
Georgieva “Phone Call” Elderly people.. Two short words that make the soul perk up and the heart beat faster. Warmth, a feeling of comfort and tenderness - that’s what comes to mind when thinking about them. Unfortunately, people often forget about those who were nearby, raised and cared for... parents, grandmothers, grandfathers.

S.G. Georgiev, writer, candidate of philosophical sciences, raises a moral problem in the text - the problem of attentive attitude towards older people.

Discussing it, the author cites as an example the story of the boy Alyosha, who showed curiosity and called an unfamiliar number, thereby becoming acquainted with the fate of an “old man, wounded in pain.”

“Why is it important to help people”: essay 9.3 based on the text by Paustovsky

Paustovsky: it is important to help people
Konstantin Georgievich Paustovsky is a great Russian writer, screenwriter and journalist. In his arsenal there is a text on the topic “Why is it important to help people?” . It is often used in schools to write an essay or presentation. Here, for example, is the final essay 9.3 based on the text by Paustovsky :

The issue of helping one’s neighbor was repeatedly observed by K.G. Paustovsky. Let's say one of the heroines, having learned about the need that the organ grinder was experiencing and that his assistant had died, bought him a new parrot.

By the way, the narrator’s mother in the work very often helps the poor and feels compassion - while other people are disgusted to even approach these “ragamuffins.”

I believe that if a person needs help, he should be helped regardless of his social status. For some reason, many people are very biased towards beggars, and they arouse disgust and hostility in them. But in fact, not all poor people are alcoholics and parasites.

There are situations when a person really falls to the bottom as a result of unfair life circumstances, and then for a long time cannot “get back on track.” You need to understand this and never turn away from those in need if there is an opportunity to return them to normal life. A person who helps others makes the world a better place.

The boy realized that his grandfather mistook him for his grandson, but despite this, he continued to show him signs of attention by calling: “The whole next day Alyosha was thinking about the man who was really looking forward to a call from some “baby”.” The schoolboy did not understand why the “kid” did not appreciate the gift of fate and did not visit his grandfather, because his dear man Alyosha died fighting for his people and country.

The author's position is clear to everyone. He is sure that each of us should put aside our own affairs, household chores and devote time to our parents and loved ones, because older people need the attention of their children and grandchildren.

I completely share the writer's point of view. Indeed, our parents and grandparents deserve attentive and respectful treatment, because they managed to do so much during their lives for people, for us.

This problem is reflected in the pages of works of fiction. In the story “Old Woman Izergil” by M. Gorky, the main character is only capable of short-term attachments to people, seeking adventure and striving to free herself from obligations. Selfishness brought her to the point that she did not want to have a family, children, or give love to others. Izergil ended her life with a sad outcome - a lonely, sad old age.

Another example is the life of Yevgeny Bazarov’s parents in the novel “Fathers and Sons” by I. Turgenev. The young man practically forgets about his relatives, visiting them occasionally and only for a few days. The care and desire of his parents to find a common language is alien and irritating to him. He does not value them and condemns them to a lonely old age only because he considers it superfluous and unnecessary.

In conclusion, I want to say that we, the younger generation, need to learn to appreciate our family and friends, spend as much time as possible with them, because we get a lot from them: warmth, care, and love.

I think the narrator thereby showed disrespect for the old mistress.

Also: “It seems that never in my life have I been so ashamed of myself, of my reckless temper, and I, not daring to raise my eyes upward, to where the old woman was lying on the stove, left the hut,” the narrator ran away from the master’s house, as soon as the old mistress arrived there. I think she realized that he didn’t want the owner to live there at all. Because of his temper, the narrator, it seems to me, offended the old woman with his behavior.

The author's position, in my opinion, is as follows. Whatever the situations in life, you cannot bury yourself in your ego and treat others with disrespect, and even more so the older generation.

I completely agree with the author’s position; I also believe that one should never treat older people with disdain. To prove my words, I would like to give an example from Boris Ekimov’s work “Night of Healing”. The boy came to visit his grandmother, who was talking very loudly in her sleep, and to stop this, instead of shouting at her, as everyone, including the grandmother herself, advised him to do, he tried to talk to her while she was sleeping. For him, “yelling at grandma” was unacceptable, so he found another way to cope with this illness.

In conclusion, I want to say that you should always maintain moral standards and not lower them to the point of treating older people with disrespect, no matter what the situation may be.
