Isaac Izrailevich Brodsky is an artist who wrote a huge number of beautiful works during his life. He lived during Soviet times. Mainly depicted landscapes. The author was madly in love with autumn, because this time of year has a very amazing palette of colors. It is also worth noting that autumn is very unpredictable, which also arouses great interest in this time of year. Brodsky’s wonderful creation called “Fallen Leaves,” which was written in 1915, is extremely famous. It depicts the most beautiful nature of Russia.

The picture shows that warm colors predominate. The most commonly used shades are yellow and red. The canvas depicts a quiet, clear, early autumn. Nature has not yet begun its preparations for winter. Here and there you can see green leaves that were barely touched by yellowness. It is clearly visible that the warm weather has gone away along with the summer. Through the tree branches one can see the bluish and clear sky. The sun still illuminates the world brightly and colorfully. Perhaps there was a breeze recently that has already died down. It was he who brought the leaves into the house.

It seems as if no one has been living in this house recently, or maybe the owners just decided to take a walk for a short time. The door remained open, which precisely indicates that someone will return soon. It is through it that a beautiful piece of the surrounding world is visible. Perhaps people came out to admire the wondrous autumn beauty. Still, it is clear that people live in the house only in the summer. It will most likely be left for the winter. The subtle play with light well emphasizes the easy transition from summer to autumn. The sky is not covered with clouds.

The canvas shows how nature is fading, but still it does not evoke sad emotions. Looking at the picture, you feel a slight autumn breeze, freshness and coolness. There is some hope that there will be no severe cold, and soon the warm season will come again.

The author skillfully conveyed the beauty of the moment. This is an early “golden” autumn. Nature has just begun its preparations for the cold. The picture conveys the autumn mood, and at the same time does not create a sad impression. The artist’s creation evokes only joy, peace and tranquility. The artist has the greatest talent. He knows how to convey emotions in his paintings.

Autumn leaves

Essay on the topic : Autumn leaves

Autumn leaves

All processes begin to slow down when the time of autumn comes. This is a time of peace and tranquility. Everything is gradually preparing for the big winter hibernation. Autumn is not only about mud squelching under your shoes. And not even the constant drizzling rains and puddles on the asphalt. No. Autumn is also a wonderful time of Indian summer. And how beautiful the golden leaf fall is. And this is also autumn, beautiful, golden, luxurious.

This is the time when the green leaves on the trees begin to gradually turn yellow and become covered with gold or crimson. The weather still continues to please with warmth and sunshine. Indian summer is coming to an end and soon the autumn drizzle and grayness will take full possession. That’s why you can’t waste a minute and you need to go to the park as soon as possible. After all, only here you can collect a beautiful, bright, autumn bouquet from fallen autumn leaves .

The autumn park enchants with its romantic beauty. When October comes into its own, it tries to dress up all the trees in bright colors. It's time for yellow leaves. Each bush or tree is full of colorful leaves. So many beautiful bright colors can be seen here. There is an aspen tree with bright red leaves. And there the carved maple leaves are cast in gold. How beautiful everything is around. It is the autumn leaves that add magic to the park at this time.

But then the wind blew and with its breath tore the leaves from the branches. It is very interesting to watch how a leaf, circling in the slow waltz of autumn, lies on the ground. But even here his dance is not over. The wind picks you up and spins, and carries you further and further. A yellow leaf, breaking away from a branch, moves further and further away from the tree. But then the wind died down and the leaf stopped circling. His dance is over, and now he will lie here on the ground until he is picked up again by the breath of the wind.

So during an autumn day a lot of leaves attack the paths. And everyone will dance their own dance of leaf fall before their final landing. If you try to come to the park early in the morning, when the janitors have not yet swept away all the gold from the paths with a broom and rake, you can collect a wonderful bouquet. Beautiful maple leaves with a reddish tint can be taken as a basis. Add gilded chestnut leaves to them. And here are interesting oak leaves and small rowan leaves. Although the mountain ash sheds its plumage, like all trees, its fruits remain on it for the long winter. The bright red berries serve as food for many birds on frosty days. Those who do not leave our region and do not fly south.

When the bouquet is ready and you want to preserve its bright, captivating colors, then you should do everything right. When you come home from the park, you need to choose a thicker book and place the collected leaves one at a time between its pages. After a little time, the leaves will dry out. Then they can be collected again into a bouquet and placed in a vase. Such beauty will delight you for a long time with its colorful appearance.

Besides walking along the paths with the leaves rustling under my feet, I like to go to the pond. On summer days, many ducks swim here and you can feed them. I love it. But then beautiful October came, and the pond became empty. Its feathered inhabitants have already flown south. That's right, it's already too cold for them here. But next year, when it’s warm again, the birds will fly to our pond again. And now it’s so quiet here... Even a little sad... But I still like it here. I can watch for a long time how beautiful multi-colored leaves, like small ships, sink to the water. There are circles in the water around him, and he himself continues to swim somewhere.

But, of course, everything has an ending. So this beautiful golden autumn is coming to an end. Its bright colors give way to gloomy ones, and heavy leaden clouds gather more and more often in the clear sky. The rainy season begins. The days are getting shorter. And the sun hardly gives any warmth. It's already cold outside. If you go out for a walk, you can notice a barely visible cloud of steam rising from your mouth. Cold winds and rains will soon tear off all the leaves, and they will lie on the road for some time. You can’t go into the forest anymore – it’s dirty and dark. Trees without their crimson decoration look gloomy and sad. Winter will come soon and cover everything with a white blanket.

Essay: description of the painting by I.I. Brodsky "Fallen Leaves"

Isaac Izrailevich Brodsky is a Soviet landscape artist, author of many paintings. All his works accurately and truthfully reflect the beauty of the nature of central Russia. Perhaps, one of the author’s favorite times of the year was autumn, all the richness of colors and, meanwhile, the modest, discreet charm of which he sought to convey on his canvas. One of the most famous paintings in this regard is the painting “Fallen Leaves” (1915).

The painting depicts a quiet and clear day in early autumn. Nature has not yet stopped, preparing for winter, green leaves are still visible, only touched by golden yellow, but it is already clear that the warm season has passed and summer is over. Through the intertwined branches of old trees planted along the alley one can see the blue, clear, still-summer sky. And the sun still shines brightly and gives its warmth. The park seems to be frozen in silent anticipation. But maybe it was only for a short time that the wind died down, which tore off the drying leaves and carried them onto the veranda of the country house.

It seems that the owners left this house quite recently, they just went for a walk and will return soon. The unlocked door, the low stools standing at the entrance - everything speaks of this. And yet, a slight touch of desolation is present, and almost from the first glance at the picture it becomes clear that this house will be left for the winter, and will be returned to it only in the summer.

And although the canvas depicts the gradual withering of nature and desolation, the picture does not cause sadness. On the contrary, it feels cool, fresh and frosty on an autumn day. After all, behind this emptiness there is no feeling of something final, inevitable and inescapable. Rather, on the contrary, the author tried to convey the beauty of the moment, the beauty of the early “golden” autumn, which not so much foreshadows the onset of winter, but gives hope that after the cold weather, blizzards and blizzards that are about to arrive, warmth will come again, the trees will come to life again and become covered foliage.

In the painting by Isaac Izrailevich Brodsky, calm shades predominate; the most commonly used colors are golden yellow and red. These colors were chosen by the artist in order to convey the autumn mood of the painting, and, at the same time, not create a dejected, sad impression of the work. This is exactly the “golden” autumn, without rain, dark heavy clouds and piercing wind. This is exactly how the artist wants to convey it to the viewer. After all, what is yellow on the canvas is not so much the fallen leaves as the warm rays of the sun playing on the floor and walls of the gazebo, and it is not the bunches of rowan berries on the bushes that turn red, but the recently painted railings of the elegant staircase. The subtle play of light and shadow emphasizes the smooth, and at the same time so noticeable, transition from one season to another.

Joy, calm, tranquility - these are the feelings that the work of the famous painter evokes. And I want there to be as many sunny and cool autumn days as possible.

Option 2

The leaves remembered how they sprang from small green buds. How warm they were on sunny days. From above they were washed and watered by warm rain falling from a gray cloud. In the spring, the rooks arrived and built nests on the treetops.

Then, little chicks began to grow inside them. They had fun and sang their songs. Tender, light leaves conveyed their song to them, rustling and swaying in the wind. At the end of the hot summer, our chicks grew a lot, gained strength and began to fly. And in the middle of autumn they flew to warmer climes. And our leaves began to get bored without their ringing trills.

Every morning the frost began to grow stronger and a piercing, icy wind blew more and more. And he plucked several leaves that fell into a wet and cold puddle. Some were still hanging on to the branches. They did not want to leave their native tree. They knew that with the onset of winter they would be covered with cold snow. And they will become a breeding ground for worms next spring.

Our leaves were tired of rustling on the branches and now they wanted to enjoy the silence and lie on the ground. At first, they made a beautiful, motley carpet shimmering with bright colors, and then they were covered with snow flakes. As if under a warm blanket, they will spend the winter.

Everything around was shimmering from the soft snow. And our leaves remembered the warmth of the gentle sun. The sound of a babbling stream nearby. Warm raindrops. Then, a warm breeze dried them. Oh, what a wonderful time it was!

Everyone has something to remember in life!
